Our International Prime Contractor service is designed to strengthen Canada鈥檚 bilateral relationships while supporting Canadian business success. We do this by providing an end-to-end service where we are actively involved in the project from the proposal stage through contract negotiations and final delivery.

By the time 成人头条 delivers an unsolicited proposal, we have thoroughly evaluated the integrity, technical, financial, and managerial capabilities of the Canadian vendor and their ability to successfully deliver on the contract. This significantly reduces procurement risks and increases the chance for successful project delivery.听
We enter into G2G commercial contracts with most national, state, and municipal, as well as their agencies and government-owned enterprises for the sale of Canadian solutions.

U.S. DoD Prime Contractor: Canada鈥檚 G2G for the U.S. Department of Defense
Canada and the United States have a unique G2G contracting relationship for military acquisitions from Canada anchored in the Canada-U.S. Defence Production Sharing Agreement (DPSA). As Canada鈥檚 foreign military sales agency, we are funded by the Government of Canada to:
- Strengthen Canada-U.S. defence procurement cooperation under the U.S.-Canada Defence Production Sharing Agreement (1956).
- Support an expanded defence supply base and enhance DoD access to products and services from Canadian industry.
- Reduce barriers to the contracting process to enable Canadian businesses to sell their products and services to DoD.

Our U.S. DoD Prime Contractor service not only broadens their supply base, it reduces their supply chain risk as we perform an integrity, technical, managerial, and financial due diligence on the Canadian supplier. Our U.S. DoD Prime Contractor service provides them with the expertise and support they need to sell their products and services to the U.S. military. Using this program is mandatory for any contracts over USD$250,000 between Canadian businesses and any branch in the U.S. military.
